Once injected the creams active ingredients migrates rapidly into the masonry pores where the injection cream reverts to a liquid phase and polysiloxanes are formed in situ.

During the curing period a low molecular-weight silane vapour is also produced giving excellent migration through the wall. Curing of the DPC starts immediately with the final cure taking 2 – 6 weeks depending on wall thickness. Drying of the wall may take may months, usually the accepted rule is one month per 25mm (1″) of the wall thickness.

Extensive field experience with this technology demonstrates that Ultracureâ„¢ will perform as well as any conventional liquid injection system against rising damp. The product carries an agreement board certificate which makes it BBA APPROVED.

Our Surveyors are trained to understand the level on installation and other details of the specification to make every installation successful. This will include removal of any bridging for the completed work and re-plastering specification.

The installation is guaranteed by PRSÂ for 20 years and can by underwritten by insurance for the same 20 year period for a one off payment through the Guarantee Protection Insurance (GPI)
