Professional Remedial Services (PRS) was established in 1981 and undertakes work to existing and new build construction throughout the region including Manchester, Lancashire, Cumbria and Cheshire.
The Company
As well as being founder members of Property Preservations Systems (PPS) PRS are members of the BWPDA (British Wood Preserving and Damp Proofing Association), Guarantee Protection Trust, (GPT) (Property Care Association (PCA), Structural Waterproofing Group (SWG) qualified under the CHAS scheme for health and safety and Trust Mark approved.
Professional Remedial Services are registered with Construction Line who check our references for approval and tender lists, PRS offer a competitive, high quality service.
Our Surveyors undertake full and comprehensive surveys of buildings together with the submission of detailed reports and specifications for PRS to undertake the necessary remedial work.
Surveying and Technician Training
PRS employ full time qualified remedial surveyors, qualifications include Certificated Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing (CSSW) Certificated Surveyor in Remedial Treatment (CSRT) and the work is undertaken by our in house, fully trained technicians who carry CSCS cards displaying their qualifications in the building industry.
